They were diagnosed with Male Factor Infertility (MFI), and their doctor recommended seeing a urologist first to explore any possible treatments. From there, the plan was to try 3–4 rounds of IUI before moving on to IVF if needed.
On their third IUI attempt, they got the result they had been hoping for — a positive pregnancy test. Despite the challenges of MFI, IUI worked for them.
