Dairy Allergy Was Behind the Ear Infections

For a while, their daughter had recurring ear infections that didn’t seem to have a clear cause. There was no reflux, no major illness—just frequent congestion and persistent ear issues that kept coming back. After some investigation and close observation, her parents discovered the underlying issue: a dairy allergy.

The dairy was causing congestion that, in turn, led to ear infections. In some cases, it seemed like the dairy itself triggered the infections directly. Once they removed dairy from her diet, things changed dramatically. The congestion cleared, and the ear infections stopped.
