She received her BFP (big fat positive) after tracking a 25mm follicle. That morning, she’d gotten a positive OPK right before her scheduled follicle scan. Just to be safe, she went ahead with the trigger shot. The IUI was done 24 hours later. On the left side, there was also a 16mm follicle, offering even more hope.
